Prints will be processed as soon as your payment has been received, and once your order is ready to ship, I will send you a confirmation email updating you of this.
Prints are shipped in a rigid cardboard lined envelope, and for larger prints, in a rigid roll tube.
Shipping is standard mail. Please contact me if you would prefer to have sign-on-delivery shipping, or wanting to request faster shipping & the costing for this.
Please be aware of approximate shipping times both within Australia, and varying times for each region with International shipping. If you have not received your item within 6 weeks from the shipping date, I will ship a replacement out.
Please ensure that your address details are correct as any returned shipping, I will have to charge postage again for items to be resent.
Refunds and Exchanges
You are responsible for shipping costs and must communicate when the item can be expected.
If you are wishing to request a refund, this will depend on when the order was placed, and the progress of your item being dispatched.
Refunds will not generally be issued if the item has already been ordered & processed by Bright35.
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact our store within 5 business days. I will request a clear photograph of the damaged item and the shipping envelope, or roll tube. If the photograph is not clear, I will ask for a piece of the print to be sent back which shows the damage.
